Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a global bluechip organisation based in London for a Technical Helpdesk Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for delivering superior customer experience through the resolution of all inbound customer queries.

Using expert knowledge of our clients digital products and online solutions to resolve queries and to test and work with stakeholders to develop resolutions to issues

Typical Duties:

  • Daily interaction with customers via phone and email communication across a range of issues and digital and online products
  • Proactively provide solutions to customer queries and problems, applying expertise of products, services and the customer's account history to maximum customer satisfaction
  • Advise customers of service enhancements, forthcoming new product information and special to ensure the customer is fully informed at all times

Required Experience

  • Solid experience in a customer service role with experience of digital and/or online products
  • Systems knowledge - Microsoft office products, experience of SAP, Infoview and Siebel desirable (though not essential)
  • Experience of working with internal and external customers
  • The ability to think quick on your feet with a high level of patience, and the ability to articulate technical and navigational solutions in a friendly professional manner (through written and verbal communication) There will also be times when a telephone conversation could change into upselling products, so the role can be very diverse.
