Technical Architect - Linux and Windows server technologies, Networking, Virtualisation

We have an opportunity for a Technical Architect to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company based in London. Role Purpose:

To provide design and governance for the clients projects in addition to providing direction to engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers on projects, defining requirements, creating high-level designs, governing project implementations and supporting engineering resources.
  • Hold a holistic view of their project and are able to provide technical governance and direction.
  • To work with both non-technical and technical staff both with the customer and the client and have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Candidates must have strong experience in Linux and Windows server technologies and an understanding of networking concepts and virtualised platforms.
  • You will be comfortable working in a cross-functional team, using excellent technical, analytical skills and significant experience in leading design and implementation.
