The Role

An exciting opportunity to join our public sector client working to provide 1st and 2nd line support to their customers on a number of IT Related solutions. You will take responsibility for developing and maintaining the organisation's technical architecture framework, principles and road maps. You will be involved with the administration of cloud based software solutions and on-site maintenance of hardware devices.

What Experience do you Need?

The ideal candidate will have experience providing 1st/2nd Line software support in-house and to customers. You will need strong experience supporting Microsoft Applications and good all round software support knowledge. An understanding of Office365 services and applications (specifically Exchange online, SharePoint Online, Azure AD and OneDrive). This is a customer facing role so excellent communication skills are essential for this position. Previous experience working in an ITIL environment is preferred.
