IT Service Desk Analyst - £15 - 16p/h - 3 months rolling contract - Bedford

Personality, ITIL, Windows XP,7 Exchange Admin, Active Directory, BES

Day to day you will be working with Remedy call logging/ticketing software where you will be allocated support calls ranging from Simple Password resent through to complex troubleshooting of user related issues. You will be comfortable rebuilding user profiles, setting up and allocating mailbox access and troubleshooting Exchange 2010 be solid in User administration with Active Directory and ideally have experience in Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) You will also be expert in Windows 2000, XP, 7 and 10 operating systems

The successful candidate will have a brilliant personality and be able to make the customer feel welcome and that they are in good hands!

Proven Service Desk Expert with excellent communication and customer service skills both written and verbally. You will have previously worked in a service desk environment and be happy in a role that will predominantly involve technical phone and email support with the occasional site visit the team currently fix 87% of all calls coming into the Service Desk.

You will be available for an immediate start. Shift work is required 7am - 3.30pm, 8am - 4.30pm 9.30 - 6 PM
