Talent Acquisition Partner / Resourcing Manager

We are actively looking to secure an autonomous and diligent Talent Acquisition Partner / Resourcing Manager to join Experis.

Job Purpose

We require a Talent Acquisition Partner / Resourcing Manager to join the team here at Experis, working onsite with one of our prestigious Investment and Asset Management clients based in Edinburgh. You would be part of the client's permanent Talent Acquisition team and be accountable for the recruitment delivery across the clients IT and Technology division. Based onsite, you would be required to work closely with business stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs and mapping out the sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and partner with hiring managers to understand their business goals and support their talent strategies.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd party recruitment suppliers.
  • Identify and source both active and passive talent from a range of appropriate sources.
  • Advertise using relevant channels, media campaigns and recruitment events where appropriate.
  • Undertake detailed screening to include competency based interviewing where required.
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process from brief to on-boarding providing best in class candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Provide guidance and insights on the candidate market and competitor landscape, advising alternative options to meet the business requirement.
  • Be an employer brand advocate - tailored for specific disciplines.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of direct hiring in either a sourcing or recruiter capacity within IT and technology.
  • The ideal candidate will have financials or investments experience.
  • Relationship building skills - with the ability to challenge senior management where necessary, always acting with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Evidence of recruiting across a number of technical skill sets, managing multiple campaigns and roles at any one time.
  • Proficient at creating innovative sourcing strategies (ex. forums, online networks, social content, internet interrogation)
  • Clear and eloquent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in all aspects of direct-hiring recruitment, including advanced Boolean searching, writing job adverts, mining job-boards, and the use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Time and project management skills - able to plan and manage time effectively
