We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to assist our client based in the West Midlands on an initial 3 month contract.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing current recruitment processes and systems
- Improving retention and attraction strategies
- Sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
- Liaising with internal teams (HR, hiring managers) to qualify roles.
- Working closely with HR to monitor all recruitment activities
The successful candidate will have previous management and recruitment experience.
