We are on the lookout for a Support Engineer to join a medium sized / dynamic support team, you will be working with a well-known leading organisation in Bristol.

You'll offer 2nd Line Support and be the initial point of contact for all of the technical issues within the company. We are on the lookout for someone who wants to make an impression and progress within the organisation, you'll have numerous amounts of opportunity to upskill in the position to ensure you can make good career progression.

We require a good knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Active Directory, Office 365 experience with remote support and other hardware like printers.

Key Skills for Service Desk Analyst:

Experience working in a large user base environment would be an advantage but is not necessarily required.
