Customer Support Engineer (EDBS Cleared) - London - 4 week contract

Customer Support Engineer (EDBS Cleared) required to join a reputable ICT support and teaching company focusing on providing on-site support to a school in London on a 4 week contract.

Due to the urgent nature of the role and working in the school environment only candidates with full current active ENHANCED DBS clearance will be considered for the role. If you do not hold FULL EDBS you will not be considered for the role.

Duties:

  • Day to day running of the network and responding to service calls logged by the customer.
  • Printing
  • Group Policy
  • Providing great customer service

Key Skills

  • SCCM - Mandatory
  • Apple MAC - Mandatory
  • Powershell, Scripting
  • Strong Communication Skills

Desirable Skills

  • Audio visual troubleshooting
  • HP network infrastructure knowledge

Qualifications

  • MCSE
