We are looking for a Support Engineer who holds current DBS for a 4 month contract based in Leeds.
This is to be based on a school site.

Responsibilities:
Requirement to travel to and support other GSAL sites. Requirement to visit and help at other RM Schools in Leeds when required. Good Customer Service Skills. Ability to Communicate at all levels from Pupils, Teachers, Senior Leadership inc. Head\Principal. Ability to translate Technical Information in a non-technical way. Punctual. Flexibility. Provide recommendations on new Technologies & Innovative Solutions. Training, advice and guidance to staff on current Technologies. Experience of using Call Management applications. Ability to liaise with remote teams to resolve issues swiftly and effectively. Key Team player but able to work on own initiative.

Essential skills:
LAN Support\Network Management Windows Active Directory Services System Centre Configuration manager\MDT, including image creation, management and software deployment Sharepoint 2016 Microsoft ADFS (Active Directory Federated Services) Exchange Online Windows 7 & 10 OS Support. Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016. Group Policy Configuration. ESXi, VMWare & SAN. iPads with Apple Configurator. Audio\Visual Support inc. Smartboards, Projectors and Large Format Displays\LCDs. General Hardware Maintenance. Software packaging, deployment, configuration and support. O365 & SharePoint.
