Overview

Our client, a leading international information and communication technology provider is looking for a Support Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. The primary role of the team is to provide support and guidance to users of assistive technologies. These can be hardware or software and some of these can be modified to provide a bespoke solution dependant on the user's need.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in technical support role
  • Experience installing/configuring software
  • Proven ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work independently
