Support Engineer - South Edmonton - 2 months

My client, a multinational education company, is looking for a Support engineer to join them on a 2-month contract based in South Edmonton in Aylward Academy school.

Role Accountabilities

  • The successful candidate will act as a Support Engineer in a school offering technical support across the entire campus
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems by solving any technical issues
  • You are responsible for assisting customers with PC, Server, networking and hardware problems and will do this in a face-to-face
  • It will be your responsibility to make sure all SLA's are met and take ownership of user problems

Key Skills

  • You need to have great troubleshooting skills and able to work in a busy/pressuring environment
  • You must have the ability to break things down in simple but technical manor
  • You need experience of:
    • Server 2016
    • Windows 10
    • G suite
  • All candidates must hold active EDBS or be willing to undergo the process
