Service Capacity & Support Manager required for a leading consultancy on-site with large Financial Services Client in Northampton for 6 months+


Takes hands-on responsibility for the analysis of Capacity Management for the accountable it services in an operational state. Supports the analysis of capacity usage and demand requirements activity for new services as part of service introduction. Responsible for providing key component performance parameters and metrics within their assigned area of expertise for the accountable IT-services.

  • Responsible for the review and resolution of any identified capacity breach via the standard incident management process
  • Raises problem records to correct any underlying capacity related issues as per the group problem management process
  • Raises any capacity demand requests in the strategic demand tooling
  • Follows the change management process for implementation of the additional capacity for any approved capacity management demand requests
  • Implements tuning adjustments
