About your new role:

You will be responsible for managing the supply chain projects across the UK & Ireland business of this large pharmaceutical organisation. Supporting the Head of Supply Chain, you will develop and implement supply chain solutions and new initiatives to improve performance.

Duties will include:

  • Undertake project management using the approved methodology to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
  • Ensure all projects and the implemented solutions are undertaken to agreed corporate and local standards with a particular focus on adhering to country regulations and quality standards
  • Manage project budget
  • Developing Solutions
  • Customer Relationships
  • Manage project resource allocation and project cost centre spend
  • Project manages the development and implementation of solutions to ongoing business requirements including identifying opportunities to improve business processes
  • Provide input and knowledge to the delivery of solutions in order to ensure industry best practice is exploited where appropriate and risks to the business are managed
  • Ensure appropriate communication with project team, sponsors and stakeholders

About you:

  • Strong project management skills together with excellent analytical skills
  • 3-4 years' experience in Supply Chain or Project Management role
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Highly organised and deadline-driven
