Supply Chain Administrator - LONDON - £13 per hour - 1 month+

The work location is in Paddington, LONDON and is a 1 month contract.

The pay rate on offer is £13 per hour.

The role is working for a well-established, multi-national retailer and specialises in clothing, home and luxury product.

The key deliverables of this job are

  • Process all required Purchase Order (PO) amendments in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Ensuring all PO amendments are actioned correctly and on time following information provided by SCPs and FIPs. The PO amends must be actioned in time for systems to update to ensure accuracy reporting is correct. Anomalies or trends should be highlighted to the SCM / SCCM
  • Manage the production and distribution of the FTO Forward orders and shortage summary, following up actions assigned by the Supply Chain Planners (SCP)
  • Report on supplier compliance KPIs and recommend action based on performance
  • Work closely with consolidation hubs and RDCs so that we can follow through on reporting on the end to end supply chain
  • Compiling SAP control documents such as tolerance reporting, Free Stock and NART statistics for analysis by the Supply Chain Management Team.
  • Produce and distribute the weekly Supply Chain Accuracy reports as defined by the Supply Chain Team. Ad-hoc reporting to be undertaken as necessary.
  • Produce and distribute the SAP control documents as required.
  • Food to Order management, including producing the daily summaries and weekly reporting sheets.
  • Maintain FTO tracking via VaMoS - investigate ASN shorts with relevant party
  • Working with the SCPs on resolving daily data governance errors
