SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Portsmouth

3 month initial contract

£430-£560 p/d

Job Purpose:

To support the Neptune programme and the SuccessFactors Talent modules implementation, with a focus on supporting activities around SAP SuccessFactors. The SuccessFactors Technical Implementation Consultant will be responsible for; technical solution review, performing impact assessments on existing configuration and integrations, data migration, supporting preparation activities for testing and training, for example, the creation of test data and system configuration to include the creation of dashboards and advanced reports.

Major Tasks and Activities:

  • Configuration of EC and LMS modules where necessary to support the programme and business requirements
  • Data migration from legacy systems to SuccessFactors of employee information to Employee Central and Learning Management modules
  • Supporting the business with migration activities and technical understanding
  • Undertake impact assessment on changes and provide solution recommendation
  • Ensure SuccessFactors modules integrate accordingly to provide a holistic solution
  • Work with SuccessFactors stream leads to achieve a common goal

Key Outputs/Deliverables

  • Deliver successful migration of employee and learning information from legacy systems to SuccessFactors
  • Deliver business support and analysis to facilitate the above
  • Work within the project timescales to deliver a working solution based on business requirements
  • Technical configuration
  • Demonstrate a strong team working capability.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Strong customer and business focus
  • Experience working with HR technologies
  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central & LMS
  • Evidence of successful data migration

Technical & Specialist Knowledge:

  • Successful implementations of SuccessFactors, including proven experience of configuration and data migration in Employee Central Module (essential)
  • Successful implementations of SuccessFactors, including proven experience of configuration in Administration/Foundation Module (essential)
  • Ability to problem solve technical issues and advise on best practice solutions
  • Successful implementations of SuccessFactors, including proven experience of configuration and data migration in Learning Module (desirable)
  • Experience working in multi-platform ERP implementations, in particular the use of SuccessFactors integration with SAP ECC (desirable)
  • Basic Boomi integration knowledge (desirable)
