Our client a large public sector organisation are seeking a Studio Manager to join their Communications Division leading creative communications projects including brand enhancement and identity. This role will lead a team of creatives and manage the production and delivery of all digital, video and creative content reflecting user insight. This is a new position and will be central to the delivery of new strategies and provides the opportunity to lead core components of the work, ensuring all projects and run to schedule and ensure content briefs reflect audience need and deliver core business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Clear Briefs, Deliver Production Schedules, develop concepts and treatments and creatively strong and executed to a high standard to support objectives, Develop creativity and innovation in content creation across a range of media, Manage creative projects, Lead the management of visual identity and Branding, Build strong relationships and networks, Manage budgets and contracts.
Skills Required: Proven experience of managing and leading a creative multi media studio in a busy environment. Exceptional creativity and conceptual thinking, Experience of Graphic Design, Illustration, Video/Audio. Experience of the modern communications landscape including Digital Comms and Marketing, Understanding of insight and analytics, Client Management, Professional qualification in a relevant subject.
