The work location is in London and is a 3 Month Contract role.

The role is working for a leading global medical technology and life sciences company. They provide a broad portfolio of products, solutions and services used in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients and in the development and manufacture of biopharmaceuticals.


You will serve as a key member of a team of Sourcing Recruiters, Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Coordinator to acquire amazing talent for GE Digital across Europe/EMEA. In addition to sourcing for existing requisitions, establishing continuous pipeline of candidates for functional needs of the business will help you succeed in this role.

Key Skills:

Talent Sourcing for technical roles across GE Digital and Software businesses across Europe and MENAT; Active sourcing, search and headhunting of candidates via multiple channels and building pipelines for hard to fill roles.

  • Prior experience in a complex digital-oriented Talent Acquisition organization, with experience in a technology environment preferred
  • Possess excellent detail orientation and time management skills
  • Skilled in talent sourcing techniques including Boolean, ATS/CRM sourcing tools, social media, and online niche resources
  • Skilled in leveraging recruitment tools and technologies (ATS, CRM etc.) through end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
  • Proven, problem solving skills inclusive of excellent candidate experience
  • Metrics driven thinking that provides direct business impact
  • Views candidate identification as a permanent state of mind
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and provide recruiting solutions
  • Sharing knowledge and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill
  • Building partnerships, using the trust created to provide effective relationships


  • Keys to success in this role include: Functional sourcing expertise, sourcing strategy execution, ideation and executing solutions to complex TA challenges, demonstrating stakeholder management, exhibiting a shared success mind-set.

  • Ensure day-to-day operational effectiveness and quality talent acquisition outcomes within specific functional areas, establishing a culture of shared success

  • Partner with Hiring Managers, team leaders, HR Business Partners and DTA team members to implement TA strategies for a blend of digital roles up to and including senior level

  • Collaborate with Recruiters to prioritise and execute appropriate TA strategies

  • Handle specialised recruitment needs to address spikes in hiring volume via appropriate hiring strategies

  • Set high recruitment standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Present recruitment metrics as required
  • Creatively leverage passive sourcing channels to attract the best talent to meet specific functional sourcing needs

  • Ensure that the DTA process is in compliance with all federal regulations including: immigration etc

  • Apply values, policies, procedures and precedent to make timely, routine decisions

  • Own the recruitment process from pipe lining to initial screening assessment, to determination for on-site interview, and deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences

  • Support initiatives around diversity and inclusion to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce and culture.


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong demonstrated technical sourcing/recruiting domain experience OR High School Diploma/GED
  • Significant demonstrated recruiting domain experience and/or equivalent experience
  • Fluent French language speaker; Additional European languages will be a plus
