Sourcing/Procurement Administrator - Portsmouth

A Sourcing/Procurement Administrator is required by a leading FTSE 100 support services organisation in Portsmouth. The main purpose for this position is to administer the process for raising purchase orders on the newly implemented SAP system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process PO requests on SAP and be the focal point of contact for queries regarding Contingent Worker PO's
  • Input data into SAP to produce the PO, and seek approval from HR or relevant manager
  • File away relevant paperwork in the correct folders in a shared mailbox
  • Maintain and update supporting documentation including policy documents, user guides, process, workflows and contact details
  • Manage the sourcing activity/queue using Remedy


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Administration experience ideally in a procurement environment
  • Comfortable with databases and IS systems (SAP and Remedy desirable)
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with all departments

Salary and benefits:

  • £20,000 on a pro rata basis (6 month fixed term contract)
