Solution Architect

6 Months

Edinburgh

We have a new programme called "Excellent Customer Outcomes" (ECO) to review the way that they do business and try to identify where there could be potential issues. It's a role that is more focussed on tweaking and remediating rather than developing brand new solutions, but there is scope for bigger solutions depending on what is discovered. The aim is that the business will always put the customer first and that this programme of work will mean the group is set up to support its customers and clients into the future.

  • The "ECO" programme (30751) is a key initiative aligned with our corporate strategy of ensuring we improve our Customer experience, and a significant amount of process re-engineering across all aspects of how we engage with customers will be required to achieve this.
  • The programme intends to look holistically at our customer journeys and has been given the steer to do the "right" thing to ensure we do not end up in this position again in another 5 years.
