You'll have a background in analysis and design ranging from high-level application architectures to detailed design of integration mechanisms (e.g.: file-based and API-based interfaces, message/file formats, volumetric and throughput considerations, data protection considerations etc.)

You'll already have experience applying architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, and working in a structured and methodical way including building and maintaining architecture baselines.

You'll demonstrate proven ability and experience in working with stakeholders at all levels, and in dealing with third parties, translating business needs into solution architecture requirements and options. Your approach to balancing long-term (strategic) and short-term implications of proposals and outcomes, will be pragmatic and you'll have significant experience in developing solution architectures and exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. Your ability to establish strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including business sponsors, Business Transformation Leads, Relationship Managers and onshore and offshore delivery teams, is essential to this role.

You'll have a broad range of experience in IT architecture and ideally a good understanding of the Azure Cloud (AWS is also valued although Azure is preferable), and previous participation in, or running of, IT governance functions.
