My leading client based in Birmingham is looking to recruit a Software Support Analyst for a range of projects that they have in scope at the moment - it is a hybrid role involving time in Birmingham and home based, so a great balance. You will be supporting, maintaining, and exploiting the software platform, ensuring that necessary bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades and infrastructure are fit for purpose and able to meet business requirements and for applications to be efficient and effective. Be involved in researching, designing, and implementing process automation and streamlining using Microsoft 365 apps, having an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints and Building Power Platform applications and processes that add real benefit to the client

Technical Skills
Significant experience and understanding in utilising Microsoft 365 tools and applications, in particular the Power platform (namely PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate)
Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience resolving technical problems and communicating with business users Approachable style with a passion for continuously improving systems Knowledge of IT systems and processes for supporting them ITIL Foundation V3
