Software Development Manager - 6-month min contract - remote working
Currently seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead a large team of Developers for our highly respected client in the South West.
The role will require the Software Development Manager to recruit new team members, drive the existing team forward in line with the digital transformation objective and create and ensure a robust software development framework and continuous improvement mentality.
Key skills and experience required;
- Must be a skilled and experienced Software Developer in your own right
- Must demonstrate experience managing software teams effectively
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment
- Be able to review and improve processes across various delivery teams
- From a .Net environment would be beneficial
- Possess excellent communication skills
