Job Description / Main Responsibilities:
The Delivery Manager leads a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team focussed on the development, delivery and support of ONS products that meet the GDS Service Standard.
Is adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for the team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
The main responsibilities of the post are:
- Leading the delivery of products using agile methodologies, learning & iterating frequently
- Work with Product Owners to define the roadmap for the product and facilitate the breaking down of requirements to enable the translation of this roadmap into user stories
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work with the Product Owner, against the capacity and capability of the team
- Leading, managing and coaching a multidisciplinary team, setting guidelines and principles
- Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality

Agile Project and Delivery Skills | Work with the Delivery Team to ensure that the product/platform/service follows the strategic roadmap, ensuring that the work is broken down into iterations and user stories where appropriate |
