ServiceNow Test Analyst (SC Cleared)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance
Location: Preston, UK (Hybrid - 70% remote / 30% onsite)
Inside IR35: £400.00 - £440.00
Our Client is hiring for a reputed client and is looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst to help ensure service transition is delivered with confidence. This is a short-term contract where your testing governance, readiness activities, and stakeholder leadership will directly support successful operational handover.
What you'll be doing:
* Support ServiceNow ITSM testing across key processes including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB management
* Help drive Service Transition activities, including Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR), readiness assessments and Early Life Support (ELS) support
* Develop and govern test strategies and test plans, supporting Verification & Validation (V&V) across cross-functional teams
* Facilitate workshops and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR)
* Manage stakeholders and contribute to governance forums and boards
* Coordinate delivery and readiness outcomes across multiple teams, including supplier coordination
What you'll bring:
* Experience working within SIAM/OI environments and supporting ServiceNow ITSM processes
* Confidence working across cross-functional teams, keeping delivery moving and readiness clear
* Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
* Flexibility to support additional workstreams as the programme evolves (e.g., OAT / XP)
