Role - ServiceNow Developer
Location - Hampshire
Duration - 3 Months
The suitable candidate will work with existing team members to assist with management of client's day to day service and in the implementation of projects linked to the ServiceNow platform and associated processes.
SSE is about to embark on improvement process for the ServiceNow platform to remove complexity, simplify the platform offering and implement applications which are now available.
Main responsibilities
- To develop, configure, implement, deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and individual demands in support of business needs.
- To advise stakeholders on new or amended functionality being delivered by ServiceNow as part of their maintenance patching and release process
- To develop, configure, implement, deploy and maintain associated processes linked to but not within ServiceNow in support of business needs.
Candidate's required/essential experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and development in ITSM functionality is essential
- Experience of working in a .NET environment using C# is required to support our associated processes
- Knowledge of SQL ,PowerShell, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript would be an advantage
- Stakeholder management experience as an advantage
