Service Transition Manager - ITSM

Service Transition Manager to work with the Service Operations team and successfully transition a SaaS / MS Dynamics 365 platform through hypercare into IT Business as Usual.

You will Plan and deliver the required Service Transition Processes, Run books and supporting documentation to include Early Life Support activities and responsibilities, Incident & Problem Management, Service Transition / BAU acceptance criteria

Be the first point of contact for all Early Life Support & Service Transition activities

Set up and manage regular checkpoint reviews with the owners of Service Transition activities which are required to be fulfilled to ensure that focus and momentum is being maintained

Maintain a RAID log for all Service Transition activities

To be suitable you will be familiar with the end to end ITIL Service Lifecycle, have proven experience delivering Service Transition and have experience of delivering projects.
