The Role The Service Transition Manager is a customer facing role which manages the operation of the Transition policy. Manages the process to ensure the integration of products and services into the live environment. The main focus of this role is to enable the smooth transition of new services into the live environment, minimising impact and ensuring these are fit for purpose promoting strong customer satisfaction. Duties Include:Implement Transition procedures, promoting Transition with input for standard service and tiered support services opportunitiesEngage with stakeholders, to ensure successful Transition new services are implemented.Work independently to solve complex problems proposing solution to minimise disruption of the live serviceEnsure completion of Customer Support Services Design and documentation to a high standard and in line with governancePerson Specification ITIL V3 foundation qualifiedExperience in Service Transition within large, complex organisationsCommercial awareness, working to a budget and seeking cost effective opportunitiesExperience of working with a diverse range of products and servicesEither holds current Security Clearance or willing / able to go through the processBenefits 25 days starting annual leave - you can buy up to five days more holiday a yearPension - 1.5 times employer contribution (your personal contribution up to a maximum of 7%).Share Incentive Plan - Pay £10 - £150 per month into the plan and you'll receive one free share for every 3 shares purchased.
