Provide single point of contact and escalation point relating to all Services delivered within a Directorate. Ensure clear and concise communications to ensure expectations are managed. Develop and manage relationships with the business. Deliver SSI Service Management to common goals consistent with the objectives of the SSI function. Ensure Virtual Teams are proactively managing their services across the lifecycle to deliver the required Services to agreed targets. Ensure the safe landing of new or enhanced Services without negative impact to the business. Take end to end accountability of cross tower SSI delivered Services. Adhere to SSI processes and relevant SLAs. Ensure the IT elements of Key Business Events are delivered as per requirement.
