Job Role - Service Now Business Analyst
Location: Knutsford
Duration: 6 months


As a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst, you'll be part of the System and Service Management (SSM) team providing Group-wide production services to all the clients global entities, including Global Operational Control, Monitoring and Service Recovery. Provides Group-wide centralised functions for Change Management, Problem Management, IT Asset & Configuration Management and Service Reporting. You'll be responsible for capturing requirements within the IT Service Management function with a focus on the ServiceNow ITOM platform.


What will you be doing?

* Gathering requirements for enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes
* Identifying areas for process and tooling improvement
* Ensuring that gaps are clearly defined and assessed
* Working closely with the development teams throughout all phases
* Directly interacting with customers - as well as on and off-shore development teams
* Producing test strategies and engaging actively in the testing phase
* Coordinating user acceptance testing with key project stakeholders to ensure deliverables align to requirements

What we're looking for:

* Experience as a Business Analyst (or similar working experience)
* Strong understanding of how ServiceNow delivers ITSM/ITOM to the organization and able to align business requirements to the specific way these are implemented within that platform

* Experience of working in a highly regulated environment within a large organisation
