My client based in Edinburgh has a requirement for a Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised client on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Skills & Background

  • It is expected that the individual will have experience in processes such as Kanban/Lean techniques and will be able to pull together the work streams of each team, help them prioritise the work and set a rhythm that enables them to work more efficiently.
  • This may include daily or weekly 'stand-ups' to ensure work flow remains correctly allocated.
  • Also crucial to this role will be to act as work reception for CISO BAU, controlling a central mailbox and acting as a relationship manager with stakeholders to understand the 'ask' and ensure the work is fed to the right teams and prioritised accordingly.
  • Collating and providing MI to internal stakeholders.
  • Key to this role will be understanding, reorganising and prioritising work flows across a number of teams.
