Service Manager (SC Cleared)
6 Month initial contract
Remote - potential for infrequent London travel
£550-£630p/d via Umbrella
Role Description:
Managing the support of multiple services (primarily Salesforce & Mulesoft based); working with the client ITSM team to manage incidents, problems, changes affecting these services;
Working with development suppliers to ensure new releases contain support requirements and are accepted into service.
Providing Duty Manager out of hours on-call cover (for P1 and P2 incidents) as part of a rota
Essential skills and experience:
This is a heavily client and partner facing role, so excellent client relationship and communication skills required.
Service Delivery Management experience also essential
Service Transition experience in an Agile environment ideal
ITIL v3 certification required
Desirable skills and experience
Service improvement experience would be beneficial
