What will the role involve?You will be providing hardware and software support to end clients, ensuring that each case is resolved fully through the appropriate escalation process. You will provide mentoring to more junior colleagues and will grow to become a subject matter expert in a bespoke product set, progressing towards consultancy level. What experience do I require?The successful candidate will have experience of working in IT Support roles and will have strong soft skills.Good knowledge of computer networking and hardware is preferred and holding a CCNA or CompTIA Network+ would be seen as a distinct benefit.
