Service Integration & TOM SME
Location: Remote ( Occasional travel to client site)
Clearance: Active SC clearance and NPPV3
Inside IR35 Rate: £525.00 - £560.00
Our Client is hiring a Service Integration SME to support a major organisational transformation programme, helping design, embed and govern service integration capabilities that enable multiple business units and user communities to transition smoothly onto a unified Target Operating Model (TOM).
What you'll be doing:
* Help design, implement and evolve the TOM by defining service integration principles, standards, processes and governance
* Ensure alignment across business capabilities, processes, technology platforms and service delivery models
* Identify and resolve service gaps, overlaps and organisational dependencies
* Act as the Service Integration Subject Matter Expert across mobilisation, planning and delivery activities
* Support transition and migration work as organisations move to the new operating model, including advising on change impacts for service delivery and operational support
* Integrate Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Request processes effectively
* Establish service ownership/accountability and clear process interfaces; support SLAs/OLAs and KPIs
* Engage stakeholders to drive adoption, communication and uptake
* Partner with suppliers and broader ecosystems to define and govern supplier operating models, responsibilities and service interfaces (including multi-vendor / SIAM-type environments)
* Drive service readiness assessments, operational acceptance criteria and transition requirements
* Monitor and report on integration effectiveness; analyse complex service landscapes and recommend improvements to service quality, efficiency and user experience
What you'll bring:
* Experience in Service Integration, Service Management or Service Transition within large-scale transformation programmes
* Demonstrable capability delivering organisational transformation
* Track record working in complex, multi-supplier environments
* Ability to align disparate organisations, business units and user communities to shared processes and operating models
* Strong operational readiness and transition management experience
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
