Service Desk Support My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for a number of service desk support staff to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a technical business and to gain some great experience working in a technical customer support facing role. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing or telephone-based customer service environment and will be happy speaking to a high volume of candidates on a daily basis. Key responsibilities for the role will include: · Dealing with basic customer support queries around audio and mobile devices · Escalating support issues when required · Basic end user training for mobile devices · Dealing with a high volume of customer calls Any experience in other languages including Japanese or Mandarin would be advantageous. Please note this role will involve shift work throughout the day and night.
