Service Desk Manager
Are you a Service Desk Manager who is also responsible for Incident and Problem? If so I want to here from you! Head of Service Desk required to look after a small focused team who look after 1st line, 2nd line support, Incident and Problem. Must have strong line management, good Incident and Problem Management skills and have good stakeholder management experience. Someone who has experience of producing/building high level availability reports, set and adhere to strict SLAs and OLAs and you must have excellent line and staff management experience that is key to the role.
