You will be an experienced Service Desk Manager with an MSP background who has solid leadership experience coupled with a strong technical background. You will be responsible for managing and leading a growing team of 12 - 15 engineers. You will ideally have a technical background including 2nd-3rd line infrastructure and be familiar with MS Server, O365, Exchange 2016, VMWare, Azure, Routing and Switching and Server Hardware Knowledge.
