Service Desk - Application Support
Salary - £20,000 - £30,000
Currently recruiting for a Tier 2 Service Desk Technical Analyst for a very established client based in Nottingham. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical software support to customers within depth issues and will be responsible for resolving technical problems presented through Service Desk incidents.
The client will be looking for the following qualities and experience:
· Strong understanding of problem, incident and service request management
· Minimum of 2 years Customer Support/ Service Desk Tier 2 experience
· Solid technical skills, Including SQL
· Ability to communicate the resolution details of the incident in a timely manner, giving ETA's and regular updates
· Ensure KPI's and SLA's are met
· Experience in contributing to process improvements.
· Experience providing remote troubleshooting solutions.
Someone with excellent customer services skills with a strong technical background would excel in this role.
