Vacancy - 1st Line Support - Chippenham - ITIL - Up to £22,000 - Service Desk

A leading organisation of it's kind is looking to add a "1st Line Support Engineer" to an already thriving team. You wil be responsible for providing first level customer support to a large and diverse client base ensuring Service Levels are maintained, the ticketing system is fully up to date.

The organisation are currently going through a period of growth and are looking for an ambitious candidate who really want to excel their IT career. Working hours are Mon-Fri but some flexibility on hours may be necessary depending on workload.

Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Respond to requests via phone and electronically.
  • Escalate queries to the correct department.
  • Follow ITIL processes.
  • Ensure completion of tickets is carried out in a timely, professional manner.
  • Document Service Desk Processes.
  • Meet SLA's which necessary.
