Helpdesk - Windows - Helpdesk - Active Directory - Office 2010/2013 - ITIL - Service Desk - 1st Line - 2nd Line

1st line support/Service Desk Analyst with ITIL Helpdesk experience and a desktop support understanding needed for an extremely busy helpdesk in Chippenham for the next 3 months.

Chippenham

3 Months Contract

£100-£120 Per Day

The client is currently experiencing, a high level of calls to their helpdesk and require a contractor to come on board and hit the ground running. They will require you to have an ITIL qualification or experience working to ITIL standards previously as well as having an understanding of desktop support as to escalate tickets to the right place. The position would require you to have excellent customer service whilst being face to face, on the phone and via email whilst fault finding within a professional surrounding, so a background on a technical IT helpdesk is essential.
