Service Desk Analyst - IT support - 1st Line support - Birmingham - 3 month contract to perm

Microsoft Windows Knowledge - Active Directory - Office 365 - Hardware/Software implementation

Leading client looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to contribute to delivery of their ICT support services. The role will involve assisting in helping the team to deliver a 'one stop shop for IT services' to ensure issues or requests are resolved or elevated within a defined time.

The successful candidate will have some prior Windows knowledge, be confident with basic functions on Active Directory, have performed various software programme deployments and hardware installs. O365 experience is beneficial, as is, time spent in a similar role.
