Service Desk Analyst with 1st /2nd Line Support, Office 365, Windows, Active Directory and strong customer service experience needed for a 3 month contract in Taunton.

£100 - £105 per day

3 Months Contract (Ext Very Likely, Potentially Permanent)

The client is one of the biggest names in the South West as well as in their industry and due to the hectic nature of their service desk they require a contractor to come on board and help lighten the load. You will need to have strong customer service experience on a service desk as well as good technical experience to a first line level touching on second. The technologies used on site are Microsoft and windows focused so experience supporting Office 365, Windows and Active Directory user account creation will be needed as well as an ITIL foundation and basic cabling and patching. The role is for 3 months initially however this is a contract that looks to run for a long time with the potential for permanent should it work well for both sides.
