Service Desk Analyst for a well-known leading company in north Bristol. This is a 1st Line Support role so you will be required to be the initial point of contact for technical issues and will require a good knowledge of Windows 7, Active Directory, Citrix (desirable), Office 2013 experience remote support and other hardware like printers.
This position is for an initial 3 month contract with a strong potential for this to be extended - You will be working in a medium sized / dynamic team.

- Basic ITIL knowledge
Experience working in a large user base environment would be an advantage but is not essential. On top of the above skills and experience you will also need to possess excellent communication skills.
