Service Desk Analyst - Permanent - London

Our client are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis.

This role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business as well as desk side support and remote support to other offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all IT issues and requests, ensuring service desk requests are triaged appropriately and resolved
  • Provide desk side support to local offices.
  • Provide meeting room support.

Requirements:

  • Technical administration experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 and Exchange
  • Working knowledge and experience of maintaining current IT hardware, desktops, laptops
  • Troubleshooting, PC/laptop imaging technology, mobile telephony and desktop security (anti-virus, anti-malware)
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • A background in System Support or Service Delivery in a customer orientated organisation
