Service Desk Analyst with Active Directory, Outlook, Various Software and Helpdesk experience required for a 2 month contract in Bristol.

The client are currently looking for a contractor to come on board and join their busy helpdesk to perform 1st / 2nd line duties Monday - Thursday with the added benefit of learning and picking up 2nd line experience on Fridays. The client work with a multitude of different platforms and softwares so support experience with varied software is essential as well as strong previous experience on a helpdesk supporting Active Directory and Outlook. The client has sign off for 6 months but has advised the requirements will be ongoing so multiple extensions are almost guaranteed.
