SERVICE DESK ADVISOR
£18,000 - £19,000 PER YEAR
Service Desk Advisor required by a FTSE 100 engineering organisation to provide the highest level of service delivery to the client and stakeholders in all areas across the Service Desk Operation.
You will have worked within a customer centre environment previously with experience of tracking and logging enquiries until completion.
You will be able to showcase excellent communication skills and have the proven experience of operating professionally and politely on the telephone. Having the ability to diffuse any conflict on the phone will be advantageous in line with being able to build a good relationship with external stakeholders.
- To ensure telephone calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently, making sure call targets are exceeded.
- To ensure that all jobs are progressed in line with KPI's.
- To maintain professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- To carry out any duties deemed reasonable over and above standard duties.
