Our client is looking for a Service Designer to join their team on a short term 6 week contract to advise and define a new digital payment structure within the public sector.
You will be able to work predominantly from home however the team is based in Newcastle and the end client is in London and so travel to both locations is required.
Key Responsibilities and Experience:
1. Service Design
2. Understanding of outsourced service models
3. Understanding of Finance business functions
4. Experience in managing customer contracts and building relationships with customers.
5. Strong collaboration skills, working with internal and external stakeholders - including service leads, operational managers and team members, and Subject Matter Experts in BT and Customer.
