Service Designer - Bristol - upto £50k + 10% bonus - 12 month FTC
Bristol based office - requires 2 days a week in the office the rest WFH
Our large Global client is looking for an experienced Service Designer to bring specialist expertise in process and business design, implementation and best practice to their Service Delivery function. The role will require the successful Service Designer to;
* Maintain the IT Service Request Catalogues
* Support the ServiceNow release cycle and provide ServiceNow administration
* Support Service Operations in projects such as ServiceNow development
* Produce the Service Control Scorecard
* Produce Performance Reports
* Attend the daily incident management meetings
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Key skills and experience required;
- Must have strong service and process design experience
- Must have excellent knowledge of ServiceNow
- Strong implementation and knowledge of best practice
- ITIL certified or seasoned in ITIL working methods
