Service Design & Transformation Manager

London, central.

£50,000pa to £70,000pa (DoE)

This Energy Leader are looking for a Service Design & Transformation Manager to guide the direction and methodology of the service portfolio and service operations.

You will be contributing to the client's strategy for delivery/design through working with key stakeholders to deliver the best solutions for the end user/consumer. By using user experience and research you will coach, mentor and train colleagues in service design methodology in order to mature services.

You'll have an overarching view of projects on the ground, whilst aligning service to digital transformation initiatives and communicating strategies and objectives with stakeholders throughout. Key deliverables will include the service portfolio and continuous improvement alongside implementing toolsets and products across the organisation.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to manage stakeholders' expectations and facilitate difficult discussions
  • Ability to manage strategic change across multiple teams, ensuring processes are understood and implemented
  • Experience of successfully leading business critical change projects - both operational and structural change
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to create a collaborative environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong management experience
