Role: Service Delivery Specialist

Location: Amersham (HP8 4SP)

Duration: 18 month - temp to perm opportunity

Pay: £12.37/hour starting - regular pay rises

Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus up to £500


Pay Levels:

  • Level 0 - £12.37 per hour PAYE - starting salary
  • Level 1 - £12.66 per hour PAYE - expected to reach this within 6 weeks
  • Level 2 - £13.11 per hour PAYE - expected to reach this within 3 months
  • Level 3 - £14.21 per hour PAYE - expected to reach this within 6-8 months



This is a very fast paced and dynamic role which requires people with confidence, energy, personality, grit, an excellent customer focus, the ability to use initiative and problem solve, and the desire to help and create solutions for their customers.

Candidates must demonstrate resilience with the ability to handle challenging situations. They must be able to show empathy and that they genuinely care about their customers. They must be able to listen, understand, sympathise and then develop an effective solution to a customer issue. This is more than just an admin / customer service / call centre role.

Job Description:

Engineer Scheduler / Service Delivery Specialist Coordinator job opportunity based in Amersham for a leading global medical technology company which provides a broad portfolio of products, solutions and services used in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of patients.

This is a temporary contract for 18 months which potentially could turn into a permanent position. We are looking to identify individuals seeking a long-term permanent opportunity in a global organisation which embraces its role as a global leader seeking to drive a healthier world and foster an environment where people are challenged and empowered to drive outcomes that make a difference.


Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target driven Customer Service environment with a strong track record of going the extra mile to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordination and administration experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box to deliver solutions to customers
  • Excellent prioritising skills with the ability to organise and multi-task to meet customer demands
  • Strong IT skills
  • Confidence and self-assurance with the willingness to listen, learn and develop further
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills


Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working within a Service Centre would be highly advantageous but not absolutely essential
  • Experience scheduling Engineers and service repairs is desirable
  • Coordination and administration experience in a call centre / office type environment preferred
  • Engineer scheduling / coordinating experience
  • Service Centre experience
