My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business focused on delivering excellent customer service to their end user client base.

In this role you will be responsible for :

  • Managing the service desk function and working with other senior stakeholders
  • Working with recourse management and KPIs for service delivery
  • Managing risk and issues which arise on the desk and acting as a point of reference for escalated issues
  • Identifying consistent issues on the service desk and addressing them with other business units
  • Working with customers to ensure the smooth running of the product within their network
  • Ensuring customer SLAs are agreed and met

The relevant candidate for this role will have the following skills:

  • ITIL accreditation
  • A background in IT service desk management
  • Strong people management experience including resource planning, performance management and day to day service desk management.
  • Experience of managing a multi- client, multi end user product
  • Experience of acting as a point of contact for external customers
  • Experience of internal stakeholder management
